Dr. Melina Callegari (Attorney at Law) is the Founder of Callegari & Partners Consulting LLP. She specializes in Italian, Argentine, and Brazilian citizenship and residency programs, as well as international mobility and cross-border advisory.

Dr. Callegari graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), earning her Law degree with a specialization in Civil Law, and holds a Master’s Degree with Honors in Business Administration from the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES), Argentina.
With more than 10 years of experience in international trade and legal regulations, she previously served at Argentina´s Office of Unfair Competition Regulation (CDC)where she worked on anti-dumping investigations and World Trade Organization (WTO) legal frameworks. Combining a background in Global Economic Affairs and International Migration and Citizenhip Advisory, Dr. Callegari brings a unique blend and perspective on International Mobility - bridging compliance, policy and innovation. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English she helps clients build borderless lives with trust and strategic long term advisory.   

Eng. MBA Amael Aponte (Engineer, Master of Business Administration) is the co-founder of Callegari and Partners Consulting. He is an international consultant in innovation, business and strategy in global mobility, with extensive experience in multicultural talent development. Graduated with honors (Top 5%) as an engineer, he holds an MBA from UBA in Innovation Management and Finance. With more than 10 years of experience teaching professional english (Legal, Business & Scientific) at all levels, he holds a certified C2 Diploma. He has several international publications in recognized journals. Additionally, he speaks french (Certified DELF B2), Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. At Callegari & Partners Consulting he leads the division of International Mobility, Languages, Employability and Global communication, complementing the firm´s Legal Advisory with comprehensive strategic and planning preparation to study work and live abroad.
